Leading With Impact is a transformative 3-month leadership programme designed to empower young leaders (aged 20–35) with the essential skills, knowledge, and values needed to lead effectively in today’s complex world.

At the heart of the course is the Al-Hidabi Leadership Model—a comprehensive framework that integrates revelation-guided principles with contemporary leadership practices. This unique model nurtures the complete leader through six essential dimensions:
The Heart, The Mind, Muslim Leaders' Akhlāq, Leaders' Traits, Leaders' Professional Competencies, and Impact.

Through Leading With Impact, participants engage deeply with each dimension. You will:

• Strengthen your heart through Tazkiyah (purification) and Muḥāsabah (self-reflection),
