Leading With Impact is a transformative 4-month leadership programme designed to equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to lead effectively in today’s dynamic world.

Rooted in Islamic principles and contemporary leadership practices, the course combines prophetic leadership lessons, practical skill-building, and team collaboration to inspire participants to lead with purpose, resilience, and impact.

Through interactive workshops, group projects, and outdoor activities, participants will develop the tools to address modern leadership challenges and drive positive change in their communities.

Selection Criteria

• Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old, of any gender.
• Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Prior experience in NGO work, community development initiatives, volunteering, or social activism
• Strong leadership potential and a demonstrated commitment to creating positive change in their communities
